Exercise in November and December

November and December are typically the Month’s when people stop exercising!  
You can go into most Gym’s and Health Club’s and see very few people.  Once Thanksgiving Hits, it’s typically downhill for so many people.  Thanksgiving leads into Hanukkah and Christmas, followed by New Years.  Most people consume more calories in these weeks compared to other weeks during the year.  People also have “New Year’s Resolutions” in the the back of their minds and tell themselves it’s ok to get lazy for now because after the 1st of the year they will play catch up.  

Do NOT let this happen to you!  NO EXCUSES!  Enjoy the Holiday Season but do not stop exercising and take it easy on the excessive food.
